It’s been quiet around here lately, as I’ve been concentrating on getting to grips with Moviestorm. I’ll post up some footage when I get a chance (and a new PC to work on!), but for now here’s a few test screenshots- bear in mind Moviestorm is still in development and it’s early days yet. These aren’t from any particular film we’re working on, just experimenting with the tool and features.

With modding tools inbuilt, it’s got a useful backdrop feature, so you can take any resized image and place it on a backdrop screen in seconds and it’s scalable, as are many other props, which is proving handy. Another feature I’ve been having fun with is the inventory option…and guns! I’ll be looking forward to filming some action sequences as opposed to chick flicks, not that we’ll ever abandon our love for those

Although still in closed beta, Short Fuze are looking for testers for the open beta which starts possibly next month. All you need to do is register on the forum.
